Order Processing Times

Please note that our carriers (including Ninja Van) may have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical residential or business address for guaranteed delivery.

Damages

ALKHAIR EMPIRE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
